I GENERAL RULES
1. Shipping costs are always covered by the Customer.
2. In exceptional circumstances, shipping costs may change. The Customer will be informed about this immediately. They will have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement due to the change in shipping costs.
3. Parcels are delivered only on business days.
4. Completion and shipping of the order takes place within 2-3 business days counted from the date of receipt of payment from the Customer.
5. The Customer should not accept the parcel if it is damaged. The courier company employee should write a damage report and return the parcel to the Seller.
II DELIVERY TIME
The store sends products to Poland, ensuring fast delivery time, a guarantee of goods insurance and high quality of service. In the case of shipping abroad, it takes place via DPD courier. Delivery time may take from 3 to 14 business days.
III COURIER PARCELS
The courier is obliged to deliver your order without damage. Couriers will ask the Customer to sign the delivery note. Then the Customer can open the package and check its contents. If the contents of the package are damaged, the Customer should prepare a complaint in the presence of the courier, which will be necessary for further consideration. In a situation where the package shows signs of interference by other people (damaged tape or packaging), the buyer may refuse to accept their order. The buyer should inform the store about the situation. The store sends a receipt or invoice for each order.
