I General rules

1. Shipping costs are always covered by the customer.

2. In exceptional circumstances, delivery costs may change. The customer will be informed about this immediately. He will have the right to withdraw from the sales contract due to changes in delivery costs.

3. Parcels are delivered only on business days.

4. The order is completed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt of payment from the Customer.

5. The customer should not accept the shipment if it is damaged. An employee of the courier company should prepare a damage report and return the parcel to the Seller.


II Delivery time

The store sends products to Poland, ensuring a quick delivery time, a guarantee of goods insurance and high quality service. For all orders, shipping takes place via DPD courier. Delivery time may take from 3 to 14 business days.


III Courier parcels

The courier is obliged to deliver your order without damage. The couriers will ask the customer to sign the delivery note. The customer can then open the package and check its contents. If the content of the shipment is damaged, the Customer should prepare a complaint in the presence of the courier, which will be needed for further consideration. If the shipment shows signs of interference by other people (damaged tape or packaging), the buyer may refuse to accept his order. The buyer should inform the store about the situation. The store sends a receipt or invoice for each order.
