I GENERAL ASSUMPTIONS

2. Placing an order is tantamount to understanding and accepting the store's regulations.

 

3. Placing an order for discounted products is tantamount to understanding and accepting the store's regulations.

 

4. All sales agreements concluded between the Customer and the pawelkurylak.com store are in accordance with European Union law.

 

II PRODUCT PRESENTATION

3. The price of each product is binding from the moment the Customer places the order. The store reserves the right to make changes, including changes to the price, content, description and regulations.

 

4. The store reserves the right to conduct and cancel promotions, as well as change their terms. Cancellation of the promotion or change of its terms cannot occur without the Customer's consent.

III ORDER PLACING PROCEDURE

 

‍1. Orders are accepted exclusively electronically via the online store pawelkurylak.com, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

 

2. Orders are processed mainly on working days.

 

3. After creating an order, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the order.

 

4. Placing an order is tantamount to concluding a sales agreement with the store pawelkurylak.com.

 

IV ORDERS

 

‍1. The store is obliged to deliver products in an undamaged condition.

 

2. The store may not process the order if the goods are not in stock. If one (or more) of the purchased products is unavailable, the Customer will be informed immediately so that they can decide what to do with the order.

 

3. Orders are processed while stocks last.

 

V RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

‍1. In accordance with the provisions on Customer rights, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which he or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by him takes physical possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer must inform the Seller of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e-mail).

 

2. The statement of withdrawal from the sales contract can be sent by e-mail.

 

3. You can exchange the unsuitable size of clothing within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. In such a case, please contact me via e-mail.

 

4. The Seller will refund the money without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the delivered goods from the Customer.

 

5. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement without incurring additional costs, except for:

 

a) additional costs resulting from the choice of the type of delivery,

b) costs of returning the purchased goods,

c) costs of returning the purchased item, especially if it is not possible to send it by regular post.

 

6. The Customer will return the goods without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which he informed the Seller of the withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if he returns the item before the expiry of the 14-day period.

 

7. The Customer is liable only for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The Seller may deduct from the refund the value of the lost goods if the loss occurred as a result of unnecessary handling by the Customer.

 

8. The Seller is obliged to return the full amount to the Customer (except for the costs referred to in paragraph no. 5) immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned delivered goods from the Customer. The Seller will refund the payment using the same method of payment that the Customer used in the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different solution; in each case, the Customer will not incur any fees in connection with the refund.

 

VI WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

 

‍1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the performance of the sales contract and the contract for the provision of services by electronic means. In the event that the Customer receives a defective or damaged item, the Seller is liable as specified in the Civil Code, paragraphs 556 and 5561-5563.2. The complaint form should (but it is not a condition for starting the complaint procedure) contain:

 

- customer's personal data

- order number

- description of the defect/damage

- expected solution (exchange for a product free from defects/money back/discount/repair)

 

2. A complaint form containing all the information referred to above will facilitate the complaint procedure.

 

3. The Customer may send the complaint form via e-mail.

 

VII SHIPMENTS

 

‍1. Shipping costs are always covered by the Customer.

 

2. In exceptional circumstances, delivery costs may change. The Customer will be informed about this immediately. He will have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement due to the change in delivery costs.

 

3. Shipments are delivered only on business days.

 

4. The order is completed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt of payment from the Customer.

 

5. The Customer should not accept the shipment if it is damaged. The courier company employee should write a damage report and return the shipment to the Seller.

 

VIII PAYMENTS

 

‍1. Customers who make purchases in the online store pawelkurylak.com agree to the issuance of a sales document, without a signature.

 

2. The Customer will receive an receipt as proof of transaction.

 

3. Each Customer is obliged to check at the time of receiving the shipment whether a receipt is attached to the product.

 

4. The Customer can pay by PayPal method available on the pawelkurylak.com website.

 

5. If the Store does not receive payment from the Customer within 3 days from the date of placing the order, the Seller has the right to terminate the sales agreement and cancel the order.

 

IX FINAL PROVISIONS
